La Mine d'Ore

Our cozy little nest is located at the gates of the Morvan, between forest and meadows, between canals and streams, between castles and Burgundian houses, close to the beautiful medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois and the vineyards that make our region famous. The house is part of an old farmhouse built in 1787, completely renovated while keeping the old charm. The space The apartment at your disposal, located on the ground floor, has a private entrance, a bathroom, a laundry area and a built-in kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with cookware (pots, etc.), a mini-fridge, a gas stove, a teapot, a French press for coffee, a toaster and a kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a towel dryer and hair dryer. The shower is unique: it is located in an old bread oven. The laundry area is equipped with an iron and an ironing board. Upon request, we can provide you with a drying rack and laundry detergent to use the on-site washing machine. The bedroom has a wardrobe, dresser, double bed and mini participatory library. In the main room, there is a desk and a table for two with a toaster. Wifi is available, as well as an ethernet connection. Towels & Bedlinen are included The bed will already be made upon arrival. Access to the garden is from the back of the house, which leads you to get out of the courtyard and walk a few meters before finding a gate that will open to a vegetable garden driveway and then the garden. Several areas have been created so that every guest can enjoy the garden. The garden 'is shared with the large gite. On site, we offer yoga classes, wellness massage sessions and visual arts workshops, upon reservation. Other things to note A parking space is reserved for you right in front of the apartment. Please park in the courtyard.
