La Mine d'Ore

Our cozy little nest is located at the gates of the Morvan, between forest and meadows, between canals and streams, between castles and Burgundian houses, close to the beautiful medieval town of Semur-en-Auxois and the vineyards that make our region famous. The house is part of an old farmhouse built in 1787, completely renovated while keeping the old charm. The space The apartment at your disposal, located on the ground floor, has a private entrance, bathroom, laundry area and integrated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with dishes (pots, etc.), a mini fridge, a gas stove, a coffee maker and a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a towel dryer and hairdryer. The shower is unique: it is located in an old bread oven. The laundry area is equipped with laundry, iron, washing machine and drying rack. A mini freezer is also present in this room. The bedroom has a wardrobe, dresser, double bed and a mini library. In the main room there is a desk and a table for two with a toaster. Wi-Fi is available, as well as an Ethernet connection. Towels and bed linen are provided. The bed will already be made upon arrival. Access to the garden is from the back of the house, which brings you out of the courtyard and a few meters before you find a gate that will open onto a vegetable garden driveway and then the garden. Several spaces have been created so that each guest can enjoy the garden. The garden is shared with the large gîte. On site, we offer yoga classes, wellness massage sessions and art workshops, by reservation. Other things to note A parking space is reserved for you right in front of the apartment. Please park in the courtyard.
