Our cozy & inviting home is the perfect retreat for families & their furry friends looking to enjoy all that Charlotte has to offer. With 3 comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, & spacious living area, our home has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. We've also thoughtfully included amenities for children, such as books, toys, baby gates & a pack 'n play to make you feel right at home. The space As you enter our home, you'll be welcomed into a spacious living area that's perfect for relaxing. The living area features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV with streaming services, and plenty of natural light. Adjacent to the living area is our fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, a blender, and plenty of cookware and utensils. There's also a dining table with seating for six, perfect for family meals. Our home has three comfortable bedrooms, all with cozy beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the two guest bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and and the other a full-size bed, share a second full bathroom. The yard is perfect for children to play while you relax on the back deck which features outdoor seating for 6. A private workspace with a desk in chair is available for remote work. Our location couldn't be better - we're conveniently situated just minutes to the heart of Plaza Midwood, Noda & Uptown Charlotte! Bojangles Coliseum is located less than 1 mile away. Please note: We also rent out the detached garage located behind the house so you will be sharing the driveway and yard. Pets must not be loose in yard.
