Located on the second floor accessible by a flight of stairs. The space Welcome to Knot Awake River Place in the Heart of Bridgewater, Nova Scotia. This Air BnB is a newly renovated, fully furnished, 2-bedroom nautical-themed apartment (approximately 800 SQFT). You can enjoy the comforts of home by preparing meals in the large eat-in Kitchen with a separate more formal Dining area. We offer a Keurig, kettle, toaster, Microwave, full array of cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware. The basic condiments- salt, pepper, cooking oil, ketchup, mustard, relish, and sugar. There is complimentary coffee and a breakfast bar to get you started on your first day! You can relax after a long day in the spacious living room, with 2 love seats and a plush area rug, a smart TV with a designated Air BnB prime profile, and free internet. Or have family time with games and puzzle in the wicker basket beside the TV. The Bathroom is very clean and has lots of room to move. You can unwind with a hot shower or bath, with towels, washcloths, and a hair dryer provided. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and Body wash are provided. ( and of course hand soap and toilet paper) Running out of clean clothes? not to worry there is a laundry nook with a full-size wash and dryer right in the apartment. The master bedroom is large with a queen-sized bed, a full closet with a clothes iron, a mini Ironing board, bedside tables, and a dresser for storage. The second bedroom has 2 matching twin beds, a bedside table, and an ottoman for storage. Looking for Fresh Air, just step out onto the large patio for some great views of Bridgewater. There is a table and seating if you prefer to eat outside and enjoy the atmosphere that Bridgewater has to offer. Guest access You have full private use of the self-contained 2-bedroom apartment, and free parking directly behind the building on the top of the hill ( please park in designated Air BnB parking as we also have a permanent tenant). You have full access to half the patio, please respect our tenant and do not pass the tree line, you do NOT have access to the BBQ it is the private use of the tenant.
