The home is finished to a high spec and is perfectly situated for water sports, rural walks and all the facilities of Rockley Park. Passes to Rockley Holiday Park are not included but prices can be provided on request. No Contract Workers, this is a holiday home. The space Comprising of a king size master with en-suite toilet, twin bed second bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. Both bedrooms have tv’s with built in DVD players, 300 thread count cotton sheets, full length wardrobes and lots of storage. Master has dressing table, mirror and hairdryer. Cotton bath towels provided and hand soap. Fully fitted kitchen including 5 ring hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave. All utensils, cutlery, crockery and pans provided. Toaster, kettle and cleaning utensils also included. Dining table with 4 chairs. Large comfortable lounge area with large TV and plenty of seating. Electric fire and sliding double doors leading on to the terrace and the stunning views of the bay and coastline. Outside table and chairs and charcoal kettle bbq.
