Welcome to our C-Side Cottage!!! This private house is a one level cottage located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quarter of an acre lot. As soon as you pull into the 2 car driveway you are presented with a beautiful landscape and a cozy brick paver porch with a pergola to sit and enjoy evening cocktails or have dinner. The main living area is open concept with a kitchen equipped for cooking and living space with comfortable seating. There are 2 full en suites each w/ an adjoining bath; 1 with walk-in-closet & private entry. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins. Laundry is located inside the house. Outside is an outdoor shower to wash the sand off from your day at the beach. When it's time to explore, take the scenic walk (0.9 mi) or drive across the South bridge of Siesta Key to Beach Access #12 and sink your toes into the white sugar sand of Siesta Key Beach. Enjoy the ever-growing popularity of the restaurants, shops and bars at the South end of Siesta Key. Hop on the free trolley and head down to the Siesta Key Village for more local favorite stores and restaurants. The location is perfect for accessing the Siesta Key Marina & a local spot (CB’S Saltwater Outfitters) known for boat rentals & fishing charters.
