Modern house with 4 bedrooms, located on the hill of the village of Montanay. The garden will appeal to families with its small heated pool, barbecue dining area, trampoline and swing. You will be seduced by the services offered by the house (electric shutters, pellet stove) and by its brightness. The neighborhood is quiet but close to the heart of the village, shops, and transport (highway access 3 km, bus stop 50 m "Montanay Les Dimes"). Outside, the small swimming pool (Nordic bath), similar to a very large wooden Jacuzzi (flat bottom, water heated from 25° to 35°C depending on your desires, circular bench, massage jets) will welcome you for a moment of relaxation or games with the children. Once the cover is closed and locked, the bath stays warm and the children are safe. The land is fully fenced and equipped with various games for children. The house has 4 independent bedrooms (one on the ground floor and three on the perfectly soundproofed floor). The house is equipped with double flow ventilation with an inlet in each room and a complete system for collecting and redistributing rainwater. The house is an ideal base for walks on the paths along the hill of Montanay (water tower), overlooking the Saône valley and the golden mountains.
