Tiny Condo, Quietly Nestled in Sun Valley

Located in Elkhorn Village with serene outside ground-level entrance and one heated underground parking spot allows for great convenience for your visit. The Tiny Condo will offer you the opportunity to cook your gourmet meals in the full-size, well-stocked kitchen. As you climb to your loft, you will sleep comfortably in a queen-size bed, which is above a queen-size master bed. These cozy sleeping quarters will allow your family and friends to be comfortable in an affordable accommodation. The space The Tiny Condo is cozy with 461 sq. ft. The extra large bathroom offers a dresser and cupboard for your clothing. The bathroom closet has a washer and dryer. The dryer runs on 120 volt so it takes some time. We do provide laundry soap. The sleeping loft has a downstairs and upstairs queen beds. The upstairs does get warm. We have a fan that works best when put at the bottom of the stairs pointing up to the loft. We do have a portable air conditioner in the summer. Guest access The Tiny Condo offers only one heated, underground parking space. Although, there is outside temporary two-hour parking close to the entrance. There is additional parking in the near vicinity, just let us know. The parking spots by the tennis courts are restricted and are patrolled by a tow truck. Other things to note Elkhorn guests have access to two pools. The Village Pool is located next to the tennis courts, less than a five-minute walk. The Village Pool is open during the winter after Thanksgiving for hot tub and sauna use seven days a week from 3:00 - 10:00 p.m. I will provide you with a pass to enter. Towels will be provided at the pool. The Harker Center Pool is open during the summer season only. It is located at 1 Harker Lane. It is about an 8 minute or less drive. The Tiny Condo is outside ground-level entrance. It is advisable to print out the detailed directions. It can be difficult to find using phone directions, especially in the dark.
