The large living room and bedroom has a sofa with smart TV and a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters. The work area with desk is housed on an open gallery. There is also a separate enclosed bedroom. Here are two single beds, each 1.00 x 2.00 meters. The space The property is located directly in the Markt Schwaben industrial park. On the ground floor is my own butcher shop with production. Upstairs are vacation apartments. Daylight bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, free fast Wi-Fi, TV satellite, free parking even for large vehicles, no smoking throughout the house Guest access The apartment is a self-contained area just for you. Other things to note The mini stairs to the gallery are not accessible and the railings in the gallery area are not (small) childproof Washer and dryer available in the shared laundry room. This is a non-smoking apartment. No smoking inside the building. There is a covered smoking area at your doorstep. If smoking is still done in the apartment, an additional cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.
