Home is centrally located in Northern CO; Airport (DIA), Denver, Boulder, and Fort Collins within a 35-45min. drive. Rocky Mtn. National Park/Estes Park in 1hr. Pre-approved day visitors for respectful gatherings ok.Extra day visitor fees may apply for large groups.1st come, 1st served street parking. The space PETS WELCOME! And… •The standard pet fee is $120 for a maximum of 2 well behaved pets (usually we host dogs, but are open to other species with pre-approval). • Additional pets are subject to approval and additional fees. • Unsupervised pets (without a secure enclosure/crate) are prohibited from being left on site. Please plan accordingly.  • You are responsible for any damage caused by pets to the home or any property. By booking or requesting to book with pets, you acknowledge that you will do everything in your power to mitigate pet damage and ensure their wellbeing during your stay. 420 FRIENDLY! And… • ALL Smoking/vaping/hookahs, etc. (including tobacco) must be done OUTDOORS. Specifically by fire pit in the back patio. • Additional cleaning and rule violation fees will be charged if our inspection team alerts us of lingering smoke odors/residue identified at checkout. MITIGATING ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: • Our home has sustainable features such as solar panels, a compost unit, and xeriscape garden in the backyard. We encourage our guests to be mindful of water conservation and recycling when possible. SPLIT LEVEL HOME: • 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located upstairs. • Main level includes living room and kitchen/dining area. The exit to the garage is on this level and this is also the way to access the patio & backyard. • Lower level includes a garden level entertainment den with ample seating + TV with streaming services, a private office/study, large laundry room, and 1/2 bathroom. Memory foam twin floor mattress, and double air mattress stored in this area. Guests can also opt for basement sofa as an additional sleeping area if they prefer. **NOTE: Pool, hot tub, steam room, weight/cardio rooms, and fitness classes are located at our local recreation center which you can visit for a nominal fee.*** Guest access MAIN HOME AREAS: Most of the home is open to guests with a few exceptions that are used as owner storage areas. These include a locked supply closet, a few closets, the attic and crawl space. GARAGE: One standard passenger vehicle or two motorcycles are allowed to park inside the garage. The majority of items in the garage are meant for seasonal maintenance/owner use and are NOT intended for guest use. The few exceptions include grill accessories/cleaning supplies, blue and green foldable chairs, cooler, and pet supply cabinet. Other things to note FIRE PREVENTION:Candles or other indoor fire sources are NOT permitted in order to reduce fire hazard for our home, guests, and neighbors. Smoking is ONLY permitted in back patio by fire pit. Due to Colorado’s dry climate and sporadic winds that cause high fire risk days, use of grill and fire pit REQUIRE written pre-approval from hosts acknowledging safety precautions. No exceptions.
