A Pack ’n play/travel crib is available for our youngest guests. Please note there is one walk-in shower in the master suite. You may encounter wildlife like deer, raccoons, and snakes. Bugs, spiders, or scorpions are also a part of country living. We have regular pest control but cannot guarantee a complete absence of critters. Pool Details: The pool can be heated to a maximum of 84°F for an additional fee based on propane usage, which requires a deposit ($300 - $600 depending on weather and stay length). I take propane readings when the heater is turned on and when the heater is turned out and calculate usage and refund any difference between your deposit and the cost .Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for heating. The pool is professionally cleaned every Tuesday and will be briefly unavailable after treatment. Bathroom Layout: The home has two full bathrooms. The master en-suite has a walk-in shower. The shared Jack & Jill bathroom has a clawfoot tub with a hand-held shower attachment (not a full stand-up shower). Water Source: The home uses well water, which is filtered, safe, and refreshing to drink. Security: For your safety, motion-activated security cameras with audio/video recording are located on the outdoor perimeter of the property, including the garage and pool areas. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home. Laundry & Linens: A washer and dryer are available for your use. We use fragrance-free detergent for all sheets and towels. Additional Services: With advance notice, we are happy to accommodate requests for early luggage drop-off or mid-stay cleaning.
