The space The villa was bought new by the hosts in 2005 and has been used both by the owners and their family and friends and by guests since then. It has been constantly updated and improved with modern, high-quality equipment and furnishings. There is a large, open-plan living room on the ground floor, with two comfy three-seater sofas, kitchen annexe, and dining annexe. French doors lead to the patio and outside dining area. Doors lead off to the twin bedroom and an ample bathroom with WC and shower. On the first floor, there is a large double bedroom with access to the ample balcony. Another bathroom with WC and shower is adjacent. The villa is situated on its own private plot. At the back, there is a large sun terrace with covered dining area, sun loungers, table and chairs, and slightly lower down is a private pool with patio area. The west-facing pool area and patio offer spectacular sunsets over the sea and excellent shelter from the wind. On the first floor is a large balcony with panoramic views of the sea. The front garden offers pleasant seating among the trees and flowers and stunning mountain views. The villa is equipped to the latest standards with all the usual household appliances and a Samsung 48-inch smart HDTV, with soundbar, satellite receiver, and Apple TV, enabling the streaming of pictures and sound from your smartphone. A Blu-Ray player with Netflix (subscription required) is also available. Superfast glass fibre (300 Mbps) Wi-Fi is included. Guest access The whole of the villa is for the exclusive use of the guests. Other things to note There are three types of coffee maker available: a filter machine, a Nescafé Dolce Gusto machine (pods needed), and an espresso machine. A kettle and teapot are provided. Only bottled water should be drunk, but tap water can be used for cooking and teeth cleaning.
