The space The Gîte L'Écureuil Namur Wépion is a spacious 100 m² accommodation, located on the first floor of a villa, in the heart of a private property of 36 ares, enclosed, closed by a gate and totally not overlooked. The calm is absolute. Unobstructed view of the countryside at almost 360°, without direct neighbors. The accommodation is entirely private, and you will not see anyone during your stay. Kids can play freely in the garden while you enjoy the terrace with peace of mind. The cottage is suitable for 1-4 persons. It includes two comfortable bedrooms with hotel-quality bedding, a kitchen equipped for short or long stays, a bright living room with large-screen connected TV, a modern bathroom, and all linens are provided (sheets, towels). Baby cot and high chair available. You have two parking spaces, a secure garage for motorcycles and bicycles, Wi-Fi, and a De'Longhi coffee machine that grinds beans on demand. A stay at Gîte L'Écureuil is the tranquility of the countryside a stone's throw from Namur (5 km), between relaxation, nature and regional discoveries. Guest access Access to the property is via a secure gate. You can choose between self check-in with a lockbox or a personalized welcome by the host. The cottage is entirely private, and all spaces are reserved for you. You will have access to the entire accommodation, terrace, garden, parking and garage for motorcycle or bicycle (free of charge on request). Four secure parking spaces are available on the property. Children can play in peace, in a closed and quiet setting. The cottage is accessible 24 hours a day. Check-in is possible from 3pm and check out is by 11am. Bus stops are a 1-minute drive away and food shops are less than 5 km away. Other things to note The gite is located on the first floor of a villa, totally independent and without vis-à-vis. You won't meet anyone during your stay. The property is landlocked, accessible via a secure gate, guaranteeing calm, privacy and security. A garage for motorcycles and bikes is available free of charge upon request. Sheets, towels, pillows and duvets are provided. A crib and high chair are available upon request. Pets are also welcome, with a small fee. Access to the cottage is via an external staircase. Please keep this in mind if you have trouble getting around.
