The space The Gîte L'Écureuil Namur Wépion is a spacious 100 m² accommodation, located on the first floor of a villa, in the heart of a private property of 36 ares, enclosed, closed by a gate and totally without neighbors. It is absolutely quiet. Unobstructed view of the countryside at almost 360°, with no direct neighbors. The accommodation is completely private, and you will not meet anyone during your stay. Children can play freely in the garden while you enjoy the terrace with peace of mind. The gîte can accommodate 1 to 4 people. It includes two comfortable bedrooms with hotel-quality bedding, a fully equipped kitchen for short or long stays, a bright living room with a large-screen smart TV, a modern bathroom, and all linens are provided (sheets, towels). Baby cot and high chair available. You have two parking spaces, a secure garage for motorcycles and bicycles, Wi-Fi, and a De'Longhi coffee machine that grinds beans on demand. A stay at Gîte L'Écureuil is the tranquility of the countryside a stone's throw from Namur (5 km), between relaxation, nature and regional discoveries. Guest access Access to the property is via a secure gate. You can choose between self check-in with a lockbox or a personalized welcome by the host. The cottage is completely private, and all areas are reserved for you. You will have access to the entire accommodation, terrace, garden, parking and garage for motorcycle or bicycle (free of charge on request). Four secure parking spaces are available on the property. Children can play in peace, in a closed and quiet setting. The cottage is accessible 24 hours a day. Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. Bus stops are 1 minute away by car and food shops are less than 5 km away. Other things to note The gîte is located on the first floor of a villa, totally independent and unobstructed. You won't run into anyone during your stay. The property is landlocked, accessible via a secure gate, guaranteeing calm, privacy and security. A garage for motorcycles and bicycles is available free of charge on request. Sheets, towels, pillows and duvets are provided. A crib and high chair are available upon request. Pets are welcome, with a small surcharge. Access to the cottage is via an external staircase. Please take this into account if you have difficulty getting around. Located in the heart of Wallonia, Belgium, the gîte is an ideal base from which to explore Namur, Dinant, Durbuy or Maredsous, but also to radiate to other European regions. Within 5 km: the Citadel of Namur, the banks of the Meuse, the cable car, the old center, the museums, the Ravel, the terraces and restaurants.
