There is plenty of parking on premises. You will have access to entire house with the exception of 3 closets. Guests will have access to yard, fire pit, covered patio, decks and walking trail. House is private and sits on 5 acres. The area has some neighbors but only a few are within viewing distance. Gravel parking will accommodate several vehicles. The road to the house is unpaved and mostly dirt and gravel. Guests should exercise caution when driving around turns since road is narrow. Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property and have a verified account and ID. There is no smoking permitted in house or on decks. A $300 professional cleaning fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking in the home.
