This vibrant and spacious apartment, located right in the historic center of Porto, belongs to a building that was once a former biscuit factory, now completely renovated. The architectural intervention preserved the historical records of the past, but favored comfort for an ideal stay in our city. The apartment has a spacious living room with a sofa bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a mezzanine bedroom with an attached bathroom. A 2min walk from Batalha Square! The space Welcome to the Foyer 25 building located right in the historic center of Porto, where you can discover the whole city on foot! The Foyer 25 building was originally built between 1833 and 1845, according to a survey carried out in the old cartography of the city of Porto. With all the characteristics of the Porto bourgeois house, it was profoundly adapted in the mid-20th century to serve as an “Imperial” biscuit factory. From the various lives that the building has had, we arrive at contemporary times, with an architectural intervention that intends to assume the "truth" of the historical record of its transformations and different layers. Apartment Foyer 25 - Duplex II by Cozy Stay is the reflection of a perfect mix of modern and vintage decor, and consists of: - a spacious and very bright living room, with a sofa bed where one adult or two children can sleep, a fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster), a dining table, Wi-Fi fi throughout the apartment and cable TV in the living room. - A mezzanine where you will find a bedroom with a large and comfortable bed and a bathroom with all the necessary amenities for your stay (towels, hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo). The apartment is ideal for three adults or two adults and two children. It can be accessed via stairs or elevator (2nd floor). For your convenience, you will find a self-service laundry right in front of the apartment! Guest access Guests will have access to the common room, which has armchairs and a beautiful antique settee where they can enjoy some tea. Additionally, they will have access to the entire apartment. Please note that the sofa bed is intended only for the third person, with an additional cost of €10 per person per night. Other things to note Before or during check-in, identification data of all guests will be asked. This procedure is mandatory and the information will be included in the Accommodation Bulletin, delivered to the SEF.
