The space The space Gem City Condo is truly a one of a kind space for you and your guests. When you pull into the lot, go down the driveway on the right follow the black painted arrow. You can park right next to the door. You will see a green door with a OH on it. The door is controlled by a digital 6 digit code that we will provide you the day of your reservation. Once inside you will see our welcome table in the hallway with additional information for you. FYI..We are off of busy road. Other things to note No smoking in the house (You will be charged back 750$ to your credit card if the the place smells like smoke).No smoking of any kind allowed (cigarettes, cigar, weed, vape, candles, etc). No partying allowed Also, if there will be extra guest please let us know so we can provided extra sheets & hygienic items. Guest access You can park the car at the parking spaces right next to the Property. Other things to note WE DO NOT PERMIT PARTIES AT ANY TIME. It is best to discuss with is ahead of time about your plans prior to the booking. We will charge 50$ an hour for Late Checkouts as hired a third party cleaning Company and they charge us for late checkouts. We will provide starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, and kitchen trash bags. We provide dish soap, dishwasher detergent, Hand Soap, Sanitizers. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll find the following starter pantry items: coffee, sugar, creamer, coffee filters, sea salt & peppercorn grinder. We do not supply cable TV and only supply access to streaming services via smart TV's, please login using your own USERNAME & PASSWORDS to the streaming services. Please log out before leaving. The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day before arrival Please note there are outdoor cameras located on the premises. The security camera is located outside the house and facing the front door. This is for the guest and property safety. Do not tamper with the security camera and Wi-Fi connections.
