Winter snowmobile enthusiasts will love the access from the property to the Umbagog snowmobile trails. Ice fishing is also available on the pond. Sunday River ski resort is located just 40 minutes from the property. Enjoy summer splashing in the lake or your private pool on the property. Spring blooms welcome you to the peaceful property. Enjoy the beautiful fall foliage and mountain views. You can enter home via back deck or through bulkhead entrance in inclement weather. There is room to remove and place your shoes and hang up your coats, and bags.. There is plenty of space, plenty of lighting. There is a full bath on main level and a 3/4 bath on second floor. One king in the master, 2 full beds in other upstairs bedroom. There is a large bedroom with 2 queen beds and a small bedroom with bunk twins in the lower level. Clean, cozy and comfortable! The whole house, yard pool and pool area is accessible. We are available via phone and text. We have folks locally that can assist if problems arise. Quiet, family friendly neighborhood with public access to the pond. You can walk out our driveway by 2 houses and access Ackers pond to swim, fish or drop a kayak or canoe in the private access to water. If you have a motor boat, it’s a short drive, approximately 1 mile to Ackers pond public boat launch. There is parking in the yard in front of the garage for several vehicles! Quiet area lots of birds and wild life. Star filled night skies!
