Guest access All of the house and pool house (that is attached to the house) are part of this listing so you will have complete access to the entire home (excluding the detached garage) Parking is available at the property - one on the street and up to 3 cars (more if you “stack” them) in the driveway at the house. Entry to the home is on the North side Other things to note 8 adults maximum (10 total occupants with children) Early check-in/Late checkout maybe available for an extra cost. The pool is a ‘sport pool’ meaning that the depth is 3 feet at each side and lowers to 4.5 feet in the center and is also salt water:) Life jackets are not provided but you may bring your own. We highly recommend you purchase trip insurance. No events. No parties. Note: There is a separate door lock and code for the attached pool room door also provided in your check in instructions. This is designed to automatically shut and lock in order to prevent children from being able to enter the room (where the indoor swimming pool is) with out supervision of an adult. We have also installed a child gate and locks on stairs and pool chemicals in the pool room as a precaution as well. Though these extra steps have been taken in order to add an extra layer of protection we ask that children under NO circumstances be left unattended in the pool room area.
