Beautiful historic home in the heart of Clifton just minutes from downtown Louisville. Walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants, parks and other local perks. Very short drive/Uber downtown, the Highlands, Churchill Downs and the Airport. The owners are in aviation and are not always home. Couple friendly dogs call this place home as well! Beautiful claw foot soaker jetted tub is yours to use, private bedroom, large shared kitchen is available, washer/dryer, back deck with fire pit. Enjoy The space You will be the only guest in our Historic Clifton Home nestled just back from Frankfort Ave in Clifton. The home has been completely remodeled and features a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with a beautiful deep soaker claw foot tub), first floor laundry room, large back yard with large deck and fire pit including a grill, living room with a 58 inch screen TV. You will have a private room with bathroom access from the room equipped with a queen size bed, closet and flat screen TV. Access to Wi-Fi throughout the house. A very short walk to Louisville favorites like Volare Italian, Difabios, Con Huevos, Bourbon Bistro, Comfy Cow and The Hub. Less than a mile from Silver Dollar and Hilltop. The beautiful Botanical Gardens and Lynn Family Stadium are both walking distance as well. A short Uber downtown opens up access to everything Louisville has to offer. KFC yum Center, Louisville Slugger, Bourbon experiences, Angels Envy, NULU, and Whisky Row. Walking Distance to the beautiful Cherokee Park as well. Guest access Entire House except owners private bedroom. During your stay I like to socialize but can also be very private if need be.
