Fully stocked kitchen & Perfect location for outdoor activities & centrally located. By Wings Market and samurai soul food The space A FULLY STOCKED KITCHEN with everything you need to cook up a storm: oven with stove top, pots/pans, utensils, glasses, mugs, bowls, paper towels, microwave, oven mitts and toaster. The cabinets are stocked with basic spices such as oils, vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, and condiments for your use. Everything you need to brew up a hot cup of coffee in the morning is ready and waiting coffee maker, coffee grinds, coffee filters, tea, and tea kettle. If anything is missing contact me and I will bring some over immediately. There is also a large pantry and laundry closet just off the kitchen. The laundry closet is stocked with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and broom. The ENTRANCE AREA has Plenty of space for gear, hooks for jackets, space to take off shoes a Digital lock keyless entry and a Mirror. The MASSIVE LIVING/DINING ROOM has both contemporary and farmhouse style influences. This space has high ceilings with built in fans and plenty of natural light. The dining area is situated with a large antique dining table with seating for up to 8. Kick your feet up and enjoy the comfortable sectional couch, 2 accent chairs, and second sectional updated and not in pictures with an ottoman. The living space is equipped with a large flat screen Roku smart TV. This space has Super-Fast 80 mbps Wi-Fi and Sky light windows. The BATHROOM has Fresh towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, hair dryer, Extra Soft Toilet Paper, and a Tub/Shower The LARGE PROPERTY is Conveniently located on a Historic Main Street, Close to the i91 highway with a big yard. You’ll have your own section with Picnic Tables, Firepit (most supermarkets sell bundles of wood for $5), propane BBQ grill, and seating for outdoor entertainment. There isTrash and Recycle Dumpsters on site for trash and recycling disposal on site. A functional railroad behind the house gives an extra taste of historic charm with a train going by once a day. There is lots of comfortable SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS. There’s 3 Train Car Style Bedrooms where you must walk through one to get to the next. Also, there is a bonus bedroom downstairs on the First floor when you first walk in. First bedroom has a Queen size bed and 2 Single beds. The Second bedroom has a King Size, Queen Size and Single beds. The Third bedroom has Two Queen Beds. The 4th bedroom downstairs has a Queen bed. Guest access Guests have access to the fully stocked house with everything you’ll need for a comfortable retreat,! Other things to note -There are 3 bedrooms and they are train car style. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the next -There is a 4th bedroom that is located downstairs where you first enter -The garages under the unit are used for storage and may be accessed during your stay -Updated Electric Stainless steel oven/range not shown in all pictures. -If you would like to bring dogs please read my rules and note that an additional fee applies. -Before you book please make sure to take a look at my other Airbnb listings through my profile, maybe they are a better fit! -Other Airbnb guests stay below you and you can hear them (please see my rules). -The roof makes some noises when it’s very windy during storms. -There is no dishwasher -It’s appreciated that guests help finish drying laundry if there are linens/towels from the previous guests in the washer. -You will have a phone service reception and LTE service at the Airbnb. -The WiFi is super-fast 80 mbps -There is no door to enter the other unit downstairs. Their entrance is all the way around the other side of the house. They also have their own parking and driveway on the other side of the house by the mailboxes. It is highly unlikely you’ll meet the other guests unless you all are in the same area of the yard at the same time. -Prices vary seasonally and daily with demand -If you have any issues at all with the Apt when you arrive please immediately contact me so it can be sorted out. -The driveway and lawn are maintained professionally seasonally -Please heart our listing and save us to your wish list! -Right now the dining chairs do not match the ones in the pictures. Many of them were broken so I replaced them all with sturdier chairs. -We apologize if linens/towels are still washing or drying upon your arrival. Us Doing linens and towels on site allows the cleaning fee to be at least $20 less expensive for you.
