Welcome to our family home! The charm of a Breton house and ideally located close to all the points of interest of Finistère. On the central square of the village, this former hardware store has been transformed into a 180 m² house on a large enclosed plot and exposed S.O for beautiful sunsets. The house easily accommodates 8 adults and 6 children. Large warm spaces and neat decor, to quickly make you feel at home and create great memories! The space This magnificent home offers you several accesses: from the street, directly into the living room, or through the garden and private parking, via the kitchen. Located on a plot of more than 1000 m², between the 16th century Saint-Tugdual Chapel and the 16th century Notre-Dame de Populo Church, this house will delight heritage lovers. The garden also has a large attached garage and a swing for the kids. Main Floor: 70 m² living room: A large space combining living room and dining room, embellished with two fireplaces, exposed beams and typical Breton granite stones. The table can accommodate up to 14 guests for friendly meals. The house is fully equipped to accommodate children (high chair, adapted dishes, baby bed, bathtub). Living room: Three comfortable sofas for relaxing with music (Marshall speaker), reading or playing games (library and board games available). Semi-open kitchen: Perfectly equipped and overlooking the garden, ideal for terrace dining. A laundry room (washing machine, dryer) and an entrance area to store coats and shoes complete this space. A toilet is also available. Floors: First floor: A children's dormitory with two bunk beds and pull-out beds (90 x 180). Two bedrooms: one double (bedding 160 x 200) and one twin (bedding 80 x 200) with desk. Bathroom with bathtub, shower room, and separate toilet. A TV room (Netflix) with sofa. Third floor (attic): Two double bedrooms with 160 x 200 bedding. The large central staircase serves the floors, making this house an ideal place for vacations for families or groups of friends. Guest access The property is fully accessible and private during rentals Other things to note We automatically adjust the nightly rate according to occupancy, the price is fixed up to 5 people then we add €20 per additional person per night. Linens (dish towel, bath mat, sheets and towels) are not included in the rental price. We can provide it as an option on request: Package: €25 per bed (note that the linen is fully washed by an eco-friendly dry cleaner close to the house) Rentals during the summer period (July/August) are for a minimum of 7 days and from Saturday to Saturday. The church bells ring from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. We encourage an eco-responsible approach through several actions in the house. You'll also find: - A compost bin in the garden. - Sorting bins in the kitchen. - Instructions for using off-peak hours for the dishwasher or washing machine. - We encourage you to come with your linens to avoid too many machines on site.
