Glowing wood floors, curtains dancing in the breeze, beautiful French doors, and tasteful furnishings make this vacation rental feel like home from the moment you walk in. Somebody in your group will always be hungry, and an oversized fridge lets you keep plenty of drinks and snacks at Crescent Surf. You will enjoy the stainless appliances and an island in your kitchen, plus you will have everything you need for preparing meals. Your house rental features a grill, and you will also appreciate an outside shower and washer and dryer when you return from the beach. With flat screen TVs and DVD players, you will have plenty of entertainment options for movie nights at your South Carolina beach house. This property also offers monthly winter rental rates, and central heat and air will keep you comfortable no matter what season it is. No linens are furnished... Please arrange for linens in advance. If ordered, the linens will be delivered to your rental unit the day of your arrival and may arrive after you check in to the property. Beds are not made. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. To confirm their booking, guests will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guests will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our check-in hours are a range between 3 pm - 5:30 pm (7 pm on summer Saturdays). Guests will receive a text message notification within that window once the rental has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction.
