Free covered parking. The space In a small forest hill on Värmdö, the house is located on a beautiful green plot with sea views. The house has a master bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe, a smaller bedroom with a 140 cm wide bed and a sofa bed for two people in the living room. Open-plan kitchen and living room with sea view. The kitchen has two hotplates and a microwave, not a regular oven. Italian ESE-pod coffee machine and kettle. No dishwasher. Small bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. Two patios with dining table and chairs, as well as sofa and armchairs and barbecue. Some ocean views from the patio. Washing machine in basement. No dryer. Mobile broadband is available at extra cost. Please indicate this as a request when booking and we will arrange it. In the garden, there is plenty of room for games and a large trampoline/bouncy mat (no walls around). Small sailboat for one person can be borrowed. 2 paddle boards are included in the stay. Lockable garage to lock in your bicycles available. Guest access You have access to the entire living space in the house. In the basement, there is a garage that you do not have access to. Parking in the carport under the roof is near the house. You also have access to a shared pool and pool house with a wood-fired sauna and shower as well as a jetty by the sea. 2 SUP/paddle boards are available to borrow. Some gym equipment such as cross trainers and kettle bells are available in the pool house. The owner of the property lives on the same lot, but without access to the property. Other things to note The house is reached by a small hill and a few steps. Also stairs inside the house. Not handicap-friendly.
