Smoking fee charged for non-compliance. - Walkable to grocery store, bank, Walgreens, and restaurants. - Kid-friendly amenities provided upon request (high chairs, pack 'n play, toys, bassinet, baby bath). 4. **Trash Disposal:** - Please limit trash to four small bags per 2-3 day stay, excluding large contractor bags. - Be mindful that we have two trash cans, two recycling bins, and one green waste container available. - Given the high occupancy during weekdays and Friday trash collection, ensure ample space for all guests' garbage. - Sacramento has strict waste disposal regulations; refusal of pick-up and additional fees may apply if not separated properly. - Properly separate waste: Use recycling bins for cans, bottles, and plastic; green waste for compostable items; and trash for all other non-recyclable items. 5. **Location:** - Close proximity to UC Davis, Shriners, downtown, and midtown. - Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to UC Davis Medical Center and Shriners. - Convenient access to public transportation and various transportation options. 6. **Events and Parties:** - Strict no-events or parties policy. - Accommodation available for larger groups; inquire for details. - Quiet time after 10 pm; no outdoor boombox speaker systems permitted after neighborhood quiet hours. 7. **Additional Guest and Smoking Policies:** - Notify the host for approval of additional guests not accounted for in the reservation. - Sleeping count limit enforced unless approved by the host. - Smoking allowed only in designated areas. 8. **Extended Stays:** - Stays over 10 days incur an additional cleaning fee of $160. - A cleaning deposit will be held, refundable after check-out if not necessary. 9. **Special Considerations:** - Thanksgiving and Christmas bookings require a $250 cleaning deposit due to potential post-holiday deep cleaning. Things to be aware of: 1. **Yard Maintenance** -Our yard maintenance company tends to the yard in the front and back every Tuesday morning around 11am. Please expect a staff member to arrive at the home and enter the parking lot to pull them to the street.
