The shortest part of height is 196cm When you use parking space, choose the car which is small enough because when we park the car, the car moves up and down. ▼Accommodation Capacity It is a 3 bedroom type house, so it would be suitable for a group of 3 people where each person wants to have one bedroom. This property would be a good choice for a family/group of 4 to 7 people as well. It can accommodate up to 9 people, but some may feel a little cramped with 9 people. ▼What we look for in a guest Smoking is not allowed in front of the door or in the apartment. Please make sure to observe this rule. ▼Tooth paste, tooth brushing and face towel are not provided in this accommodation. ▼Normally Bath towel is one per person per stay. ▼Seasonings are generally not provided from a hygienic standpoint. Guest access Guests occupy the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. Other things to note ▼OTHER THINGS TO NOTE Though this kind of stairs are very normal in Japan, some people may feel stairs too steep especially elderly people. So please request me to change the number of the guests if you make mistake of this matter or want to add the additional guest in advance of your checking in. If you do checking in including putting luggage before the regular checking in time without any asking me and my approving : impartially 5,000JPY as breaking the agreement fee. If you do late checking out without any asking me and my approving : impartially 10,000JPY as breaking the agreement fee. And if you check out later than by over one hour, I'm sorry but I have to additionally charge you 3500 yen per hour. it will cause trouble for the next guests arriving. When you ask me early checking in or late checking out after your booking and I can accept it, I may suggest charging you 3000JPY as I have to pay the cleaning company to change the time. Smoking in the apartment : impartially 50,000JPY. The criteria is that if you left something to smoke including the box of the tobacco even if you insist not smoking in the apartment. Im sorry for this strict criteria. But I don't find good one, so I will charge you for the company to remove the smell if I or the cleaner judge smoking smell in the apt and there is something to smoke in the apartment.
