The house is located in the small village of Petit Sarriod, easily accessible all year round. From the house there are trails with hiking routes from the least demanding to the one with the most difference in altitude. By car, however, you can reach the valleys of the Gran Paradiso, the thermal baths of Pre Saint Didier, Courmayeur, La Thuile, Aosta, France or Switzerland in a few minutes. The space apartment with three double bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with single beds. The apartment is equipped with hot water, heating and electricity.
