Independent ground floor apartment in a quiet area, in the municipality of Davézieux, near the center and the shopping area. Located 5 minutes from the Peaugres safari, and 10 minutes from downtown Annonay. The space The apartment is composed of a kitchen with dining area, equipped with cooking utensils, an induction hob and an oven, a fridge and a microwave, as well as a toaster, a Nespresso coffee machine and an electric kettle with some pods and tea/herbal tea bags available. The room has a flat screen TV, mosquito net and fan. There is no Wi-Fi connection. The queen size bed is made upon arrival. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, towels are provided and a hairdryer is available. A crib with mattress and fitted sheet, as well as a high chair are available upon request. Small outdoor terrace with an awning and a lawn area on the side without overlooking with garden furniture. Guest access Easy parking, in front of the apartment, in the courtyard closed by a gate. Self check-in thanks to a key box, the code for which will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Possibility of being physically welcomed if that is your wish. Other things to note The floor is also for rent but each accommodation is independent.
