Cotch and listen to critters all night in this reclaimed camper under a sugar maple tree, alongside a small creek. 1/2 acres of outdoor space with own parking and walkway, 2 miles from walking trails, bike trails, and kayak launch, and mins from the Summersville Lake, Long Point Trail, Meadow River, and New River. Located off a residential gravel road leading to a dead end. An outdoor cat name “Lucy” lives on site; she is super friendly. The creek and a fence separate your space. The space 1 full bed, 1 bunk (bottom only), and a small sleeper sofa. Indoor Shower with hot water, Cable TV and surround stereo. Fully stocked kitchen Verandah with tin roof and covered swing, perfect on rainy days. Outdoor shower with hot water, BBQ grill, (park-style) picnic table and fire pit. Guest access While cotching under the sugar maple, you'll have access to all the outdoor amenities available to you- the entire parking, lawn, picnic area, and all the closets and cupboards inside that's vacant. Space under coffee stand and outdoor cubbies are not accessible. The Creek and split rail fence separates your space from the neighbour's and host's. Other things to note Please note: This space may not be suitable for someone taller than 6 ft. All kids are always welcome, but it may not be suitable for an infant due to limitations. Also, the camper is under a tree, and bugs and ants will find their way in. The bedroom bed is a full, and the overall bedroom space is tiny Sleeper sofa may not be comfortable for an adult or teen. Only the bottom bunk is available, which is more suitable for a small child. Coffee and tea are provided but limited Grill and lighter are available, but no charcoal nor starter fluid
