Welcome to our new condo! It is in the heart of Cancun's downtown residential area We offer a beautiful and stylish place where you can enjoy a relaxing time after a long day of tours. The building's pool offers a beautiful set up for relaxing and a hot tub to enjoy a cold night. Our condo has 2 fully equipped bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, nice living room with a smart TV and an enormous terrace with a dining area to enjoy a great meal with family or friends. We'll be available for our guests if they need anything. We are located in a walkable area of the city. This area is a high-end residential area of Downtown Cancun. What will you find around us: - Las Americas Shopping mall (10 minutes away walking distance) - Hospital Galenia (10 minutes away walking distance) - Walmart supermarket (10 minutes away walking distance) - Several local and international restaurands all around. We will recommend a transportation company and a trusted taxi handler for your convenience. You could also rent a car. We have an assigned parking spot inside the building.
