The accommodation is located in a beautiful sunny place, surrounded by pine and oak forests, and large bodies of water suitable for swimming, water sports and fishing. The land in the northern part is crossed by the Elbe Cycling Trail with ideal access to Roudnice nad Labem, Štětí, Litoměřice, Doks, Mělník and Prague, the southern side where the building is situated is adjacent to the Artificial Rowing Canal Labe Arena, which is the largest point of interest in the area. The space The rooms have 3-meter-high ceilings and 2.5-meter-high windows, which gives the guests a feeling of direct contact with nature and the airiness of the rooms, which is highlighted by the use of light colors and minimalist equipment. The building includes a bistro, which is mostly in operation during the season. In the basement, which is partially embedded in the terrain, there is a club bar. A space with a capacity of 50 people and a garden with a capacity of 60 people, which is fully equipped with professional sound and lighting, a bar, a kitchen, a fireplace and is suitable for parties, weddings, meetings, or work training all year round. The entire basement is designed in the style of a beach bar, the south-facing wall of which can be opened in the warm season in the size of 3 x 12 m, thus connecting the outdoor sandy beach with the industrially functional space of the bar interior. On the floor where the accommodation is located, there are a total of 4 showers and 4 toilets, on the floor where the club is located, there are 3 toilets and 1 urinal. The building is suitable not only for sports enthusiasts, but also for people who like to have fun with friends over good music, food and drinks. The basement and bistro are open to the public during the season. The basement with the lower garden can be rented only for yourself (included in the price of accommodation of the KuK + club bar - free of charge). The club occasionally hosts various concerts, discos, parties, and events. These are open to the public and take precedence over private events of guests. As compensation, the accommodation has the opportunity to visit these events free of charge. We will inform you about the planned events if you are interested in arranging a reservation of the KuK + club bar option. KuK crew Guest access Upper and lower garden, bistro, are open to the public. Other things to note The main attraction is the equipped club bar, which is located in the basement. It includes bar facilities, toilets, fireplace, 2 x TV, 1 x projection, connected to TV and sound circuit, with connection to your phone and mini Android PC (YouTube, Spotify, Netflix, Karaoke). It is also possible to rent a large sound and light apparatus 12Kw rms, for the sound of live groups and Djs, which is installed in the club (Megaton, Qsc, Rane, RCF, Pioneer, Technics, AH, LED lights and rotating heads). For this accommodation option, we charge a refundable deposit of 300 euros for any damages.
