Beautiful home with amazing view

This tranquil house in Marin County offers a peaceful retreat, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning views. With tasteful decor and comfortable living spaces, it's the perfect place to unwind and recharge in a romantic getaway or a family trip. The surrounding landscape offers endless opportunities for outdoor adventures, making it an ideal getaway destination. Lakes, waterfalls and redwoods are a short drive away and downtown is a 15 minute walk away. The space As you step inside this stunning home, you are greeted by an open floor plan on the main level. The living room boasts a plush, deep couch that invites you to sink in and unwind. This kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and more. The countertops are clutter-free, with every gadget and appliance in its place. A nice espresso machine along with an "always-on" kettle is available along with a tea selection and coffee that you're welcome to. With everything you need at your fingertips, this kitchen is a pleasure to cook in. Nestled on the same level as the living room behind a barn door is a cozy yet functional bedroom/office. It features a working desk with a gorgeous green side yard view and a fold-out double couch. A bit further down the hall is where you'll find the laundry room. A delightful patio with a fire pit and sweeping views completes this captivating space. The lower level of the home is where you'll find the spacious main bedroom, complete with a California king bed for a blissful night's sleep. The second bedroom is equally charming, with a double bed (NOTE: the photo shows a single loft bed. It's now replaced with a regular non-loft double bed). A well-appointed bathroom completes this lovely lower level retreat. Other things to note — There is a separate unit all the way downstairs where a friend of ours some times stays. Everything that you see on the photos is yours to use. The unit is not connected to the rest of the house from the inside and has it's own gate, staircase, patio and entrance. Our friend is polite and courteous and will not be in your way. — No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property, inside or outside. — For your convenience we may be able to arrange an early check-in / late check-out or hold your luggage before / after. If this is of interest, make sure to inquire in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee this. — We'd love to accommodate younger kids and can provide a pack-n-play (must be requested in advance). We can also leave out some toys and books. Please note though that there are a few spots with exposed wood that may be splintery. We do NOT have a gate to block off the indoor staircase. — The house features both indoor and outdoor staircases, which may pose a challenge for individuals with limited mobility. — Upon request additional cot and/or air mattress may be provided. — We're happy to accommodate your requests when we can.
