On the main level, a chefs dream kitchen fully stocked with all of the items you will need, just bring ingredients! You will have cabinet, fridge/ freezer space for food in the kitchen. A comfortable dining area which doubles as a workspace a workspace in your room as well. Two comfortable living areas with large smart TVs including several media apps and super high speed WiFi. Smart Tv in your room too, at your preference. Mobile laptop/ tablet desk available on request. Access to games and books for entertainment beyond screens. Perfect for a traveling professional. The seldomly shared sparkly clean bathroom is steps away from your bedroom door. On the main level you will find great room living with access to a backyard seasonal garden oasis, shaded by an enormous apple tree (edible-best in fall) multiple stone patio areas, multi-layered decks, a propane fire bowl, BBQ, dining table and loungers. Shared Laundry is downstairs. A surfer beach theme greets you in a bright lower level living area with adjacent work out area. Guest access 🔑 Guests will be provided with a unique door code. Please do not share the code with unregistered guests. Guests have private access to your personal oasis bedrooms. ✅Guests have shared access to 2/3 bathrooms, kitchen, 2 shared living areas, dining room, laundry, outdoor decks, patios and yard. 🚫Private Owner access only in the garage, owners closets and other bedrooms in the home. 🏎️Street parking available, the driveway is reserved for owners. There is a modern travel trailer parked in the driveway. My personal getaway! During your stay 🏡I live in the home and will socialize if you would like or give you your personal space if you prefer. I like to cook and hang out on occasion, play games and also am content doing my own homey things. I work full time days and some overnight call at a local hospital. I’m frequently active with my dogs on my days off. I love to travel and meet travelers! I am available during most reasonable hours via text and email. Other things to note 🧼 During your stay, it is requested that you keep the areas you use clean with provided natural and convenient cleaning supplies. Please clean your area upon departure. Vacuum, dust, garbage, wipe surfaces. House cleaning will be completed every two weeks in common areas and bathrooms. I regularly clean the common areas throughout the week. 🐾 I have beautiful and friendly husky dogs. They will give you love if you want or leave you be if you prefer. They rarely bark beyond a greeting and are mellow around the house. They regularly utilize the dog door which is located in the patio door accessing the back deck in the kitchen. Please keep exterior door and fence gates closed and latched to avoid escapees. 🏠 2 of 4 bedrooms in my home are offered for lease on Airbnb. Single occupancy rooms. I live in the home with my dogs and have another room designated as a private office. On rare occasion, when I am out of town (I love to travel!) I will have a dog sitter who will reside in my room.
