It is centrally heated and the bedroom features a super king size bed which can be split into two singles on request. The En-Suite bathroom has a separate spacious shower and illuminating spa bath with twin mirrored vanity units. An enclosed sunny rear garden and patio area is shared by the other two apartments. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave. There are 40" smart TVs that facilitates Netflix etc. in the lounge and bedroom. Free WiFi is available throughout. Off street car parking is available for one car per unit at the property. Other things to note If required we offer the option to provide an extra foldable bed. The costs are £17 per night. Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £25 (subject to availability). To maintain our high standards, all guests are required to choose one of the following options prior to check-in: 1. Non-refundable Damage Waiver – £25 per stay, covering up to £250 in accidental damage 2. Refundable Security Deposit – £250, held on your payment method and released within 7 working days after check-out (subject to no damages) In case you travel with pets, please note that there is a pet fee applicable of £50 per pet per stay.
