The residential building has commercial stores in the ground floor like Starbucks, supermart and restaurants. The unit is located in 2nd floor, close to a fire exit and just a few steps away from the huge open-air garden and pool area where you can lounge for free or take a breezy evening walk (there is a minimal swimming fee). The space This is a studio condo unit without partitions so you can enjoy a more spacious vibe. Compared to other units in other floors, our unit has a high ceiling. The European queen size bed is huge, longer than a standard Asian queen size bed and can accommodate 2 adults and a child. The sofa can also be converted into a bed. FURNISHINGS: - 1 European Queen Size Bed - 1 Sofa Bed - Split Type Air-Conditioning - Shower with Heater - Samsung SMART TV (can connect to phone to watch apps) - Refrigerator - Microwave - Electric Stove - Door with Digital Lock; passcode will be shared before check-in - Kitchen utensils, rice cooker and pans.
