The space The apartment has been stylishly designed and furnished to provide maximum comfort and aesthetics in a charming old building with a lot of history and character. Here, history blends with timeless comfort as you relax in the rooms of a bygone era. Each room has been lovingly and modernly designed, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living room with a sofa bed that gives you flexibility and extra space. The separate bedroom promises privacy and tranquility after a day of adventure. The rooms are lovingly and modernly furnished in the upscale hotel standard. In addition, we offer Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a smart TV, a compact washer-dryer and a fully equipped, completely new kitchen for cooking. The bedroom features a comfortable bed. In the living room, there is a cozy sofa bed which can also be used as an extra bed. In the bedroom and living room you have access to a smart TV. The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking: stove, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, blender and of course pots, pans, cutlery and important cooking utensils. The kitchen invites you to relax in the morning with its range of coffee and tea. Coffee is available and basic kitchen products are also available. In the apartment, which is rented exclusively as a vacation home, there are all the utensils you need for a comfortable stay, including duvet covers and towels. Small children are also welcome here: A baby chair is available, as well as small games and baby cutlery. We shall gladly supply on request a baby crib. Ideal for business trips (invoice can be created as desired). The apartment is on the 4th floor of a historic building and offers breathtaking views of the charming cityscape. There is an intercom and an elevator. Small pets are allowed upon request. Within walking distance you can also reach the pedestrian zone and the main market with nice shops, shopping, cozy pubs and a variety of restaurants. Bruchhausenstraße is located near the historic city center of Trier, known for its well-preserved Roman monuments such as the Porta Nigra, the Imperial Baths and the Basilica. These impressive remains testify to the city's rich history. Getting around Just 270 meters away are the parking garage "City Parkhaus Trier" and the parking garage "Parkhaus Hauptmarkt Trier." At a distance of 76 m is the bus stop of lines 1, 2, 7, 9 and 14. The apartment is only 7 minutes by car from the main train station. Guest access Private access to the apartment is available.
