About this space: Relax with the whole family at our secluded, wooded home nestled in an exclusive, walkable neighborhood. Enjoy the hot tub, in ground, heated pool as well as two outdoor seating areas. The lower-level outdoor seating area has a propane fireplace. Full gourmet kitchen and plenty of entertaining space including lower-level living room, kid's play area, billiards room with wet bar and full-size refrigerator. Full bathroom with shower in lower level as well. There is a nearby park with basketball courts, children's play equipment, a walking trail around the park and a covered picnic area. There is also a bike trail within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, Top Golf and golf courses within 10 minutes. Large shopping complex within 5 miles. 15 minutes to OSU and downtown Columbus. Other things to note: There is a strict no party/events rule, 6-person maximum guest rule and strict no pets policy. If these rules are broken, the guest will be charged a minimum of $1500, for any applicable damages and you may be asked to leave, and you will forfeit any refund.
