STR#2938 The Berkeley offers a beautiful, clean, & modern space for 6 guests within walking distance of Adams State University & a close distance to all San Luis Valley attractions. 3 bedrooms, 2 custom tile bathrooms, game room, & 2 large living room areas offer lots of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen offers a large & bright area with brand new appliances & a large counter top with plenty of seating. The attached dining room includes a fireplace for those cold SLV nights. The space This rental includes FREE swimming at Sand Dunes Recreation for up to 6 guests during your entire stay. *The pool is Closed on Thursday* 30 minute drive to The Sand Dunes National Park Includes a gas grill & outdoor seating with a fenced in back yard Game room with giant connect 4 game & other board games included Fooseball Table located in back living room Other things to note CHECK OUT TIME IS at 11am. Our cleaners arrive promptly at 11:15am to get the home ready for our next guest. If you haven’t departed by 11am, you will be charged a $25 fee. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS Please make sure all instructions are followed when you check out. Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it. PETS Pets are not allowed in this home. If it is apparent that a pet has stayed in the home, a $500 fee will be charged. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for a $25 fee as long as scheduling allows. We can confirm each of these the afternoon before your arrival/departure. Please let us know as soon as possible so cleaning can be scheduled appropriately.
