The property has a whole house generator, so you can be confident you will not have to worry about being inconvenienced by the occasional power outage caused by storms or overloaded city circuits. Host is a VIR Club member and instructs with many HPDE organizations and may be available to give some local pointers for those that are visiting VIR to drive or spectate. Just ask and we are happy to share our insights as a VIR Club member. We do ask that our guest limit persons to a total of four, however your stay will be more comfortable with only two. The sofa bed is the second bed and we have been told by guests it is the most comfortable sleeper sofa they ever slept on. The pillows and extra bedding are kept in the coffee table which also serves as a lift table for your laptop. When requested, the sleeper sofa can be made up with fresh linens in advance of your arrival, and left open if arriving late. This is a second floor apartment and safety considerations for small children should be made due to the stairs. No infant furniture or safety provisions are made so please consider if this property is for you if you have those needs. Please no parties, large gatherings of people, smoking or pets. We love our dog, but in respect of the property and those guests following, that may have allergies, we must insist on a firm no pet policy. Thank you! Guest access The full apartment is reserved for our guest, and no area is shared. The space is very private and many guest have come and gone without interaction due to their busy schedules. This apartment is your oasis away from home and we want each guest to feel as comfortable as if they were at home.
