Small haven of peace in Brioannais, close to the Loire, our house offers all the calm and tranquility to spend a pleasant time with family or friends. The space Our house with a beautiful area of 150 m² offers an equipped and modern kitchen, open to a dining room that can accommodate 8 people. A beautiful bedroom is available; a bedroom with a baby bed with an area of 20 m². The room overlooks the garden and has a beautiful bedding with double bed. Nice bathroom with toilet on the first floor, right next to the bedroom and only reserved for our guests. As you can see from the photos, our property has a very nice outdoor courtyard with a living room and garden table, allowing you to have a pleasant time in the countryside and enjoy a charming view of our park. Guest access We have no restrictions on access to rooms in our home. However, our property has a barn that is across the street from our house and it is the only place where access will not be allowed. During your stay During your stay, we will always be at your disposal if you have any questions related to the accommodation or about our beautiful region (activity advice, restaurant, good plan, etc.). You can write to us via the Airbnb app, call us, or come directly to ask us questions if we are at home; we will be happy to help you. Other things to note We think it's important to point out that we have our beautiful Tina, a Pyrenean shepherd who lives with us. She is a young, one-year-old female dog, very sociable, pleasant and educated who will give you a lot of hugs if you wish.
