The spacious Blue Coral primary suite features a large sliding glass door that provides views and access to the riverfront. Experience the amazing rain shower in the en suite bathroom. The other four bedrooms the other side of the house feature comfortable custom designed bedding. Please note that there is a single step down to the 4th bedroom and also from the livingroom to the garage. As the day draws to a close, gather on the spacious outdoor deck to relish the symphony of colors painted across the sky during sunset. Guest access You'll be able to self check in with your own custom lock code for the front door. Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a locked closet for supplies and owner's storage area. Guests will also have access to and unlimited use of all onsite amenities except for the golf cart located in the owner's storage area. The hot tub is heated from 7PM to 10PM (at 100 degrees F) daily. The golf cart is not included in the house rental and unavailable for use. Cameras are located at the front door exterior and overlooking the driveway for security. The property may be equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. This sensor is 100% privacy compliant since it only measures noise level and doesn't record any sounds.
