The space The "Fluttua" double bed, by Lago design, has a top category Dorelan memory mattress, hypoallergenic, 27 cm and rises on the Grand Carpet floor, Citterio design, in the sleeping area. The bedroom has access to a small private internal courtyard with a table and chairs. The living area is equipped with a double leather sofa bed with a comfortable hypoallergenic mattress and a 60-inch Netflix HD Smart TV. The large and functional kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, electric oven, microwave, induction cooktop with extractor fan, and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathroom, entirely covered by the Grand Carpet, is equipped with a whirlpool tub with chromotherapy, double sink and 40-inch Netflix HD smart TV. The apartment is fully air-conditioned. There is also an audio system for sound diffusion throughout the house to which the playlist of your electronic device can be connected. Guest access The apartment is on the ground floor. There are no stairs to climb. Other things to note Cleaning and linen change during your stay can be arranged by paying an extra fee. We have a parking space in a large private parking lot that we will be happy to offer to our guests. Early check-in and late check-out to be agreed with us, subject to availability, and payment of extra fees.
