SK's Crib is a fully furnished 1-bedroom condo unit of Primavera Residences Tower A beside SM City Uptown, Cagayan de Oro City. Important landmarks to note to easily get to the location are 1) SM City Uptown and 2) Concentrix building. The building is well maintained and security personnel are visible in the premises. Around the area, you can find SM City Uptown mall, coffee shops, eatery stalls, laundry shops, call center, convenience stores and other establishments. The space The place is a fully furnished 1-bedroom condo unit with 1 toilet/bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, electric hotplate cooking stove, rice cooker, pots and pans and cutleries. A great place for vacation, staycation, relaxation, business trips or family getaway. Guest access Guests have full access of the entire unit. Indoor pool can be also accessed up to 3 guests only. There is no designated vehicle parking for our unit however, there are free public parking spaces available at the back of the building and even around the area on a first-come, first-serve basis. Other things to note House Rules: 1. Strictly No Smoking 2. No pets allowed 3. No unregistered guests allowed - Guests of the guests are allowed to stay until 10pm only, otherwise it will be charged as additional/ extra guest 4. No house parties or events allowed 5. No changing of lockbox passcode 6. No changing of Wi-fi & Netflix password 7. No illegal substances allowed 8. No eating/drinking on the bed area 9. Please treat the place as your home 10. Honor noise rules - loud noise/ music is not encouraged to respect nearby residents 11. Kids must be on strict supervision as the unit is at the higher level 12. Laundry services is not available. You may contact nearby laundry shops available 13. Cleaning/ housekeeping can be requested at an extra charge 14. Please note that it is not a hotel, hence, it doesn't offer a 24/7 services 15. Kindly note that for longer stays of 15 days or more, Guest will shoulder the electricity and water as this is depending on their usage. 16. Any property or part of the property that is broken or damaged during your stay will be charged to you with corresponding fees.
