Tipyn Bach, quaint annex for 2/3.

Our cozy retreat is nestled in the picturesque Berwyns, perfect for a peaceful escape. The living area features a compact kitchen with essential amenities, while upstairs you'll find a comfortable ensuite double bedroom. Outside, enjoy stunning views from the seating areas. We offer parking & bike storage for your convenience. Immerse yourself in nature with mountain walks right from our doorstep & keep an eye out for red kites soaring above. 'Tipyn Bach' truly is a little bit of Welsh paradise. The space A stone cottage up a shared drive, with great mountain views, birds of prey soar alongside the cottage. Two steps lead up to double doors to Tipyn Bach, entering the living room, with settees, TV, kitchenette, stairs lead up to the double bedroom with ensuite. Single 'put up' bed available. Guest access Guests have the annex to themselves, feel free to use the seating areas outside or wander over to speak to Poppy and Daisy the donkeys. The top field This has a mown path which makes an enjoyable dog walk, please clear up after your dog, bags provided by the gate. You can let sensible dogs off in here for a good sniff around but beware inquisitive dogs might try getting under the fence through holes made by rabbits (we regularly check the fences but the rabbits continually venture in) there are sheep in the adjoining fields please be careful. Middle field Enjoy the views and the seating area , a public footpath comes through this field and across the front of the cottage. Bottom field This is home to Poppy and Daisy our donkeys. Daisy is recognised by her long mane, they will usually come over for a carrot. We have two dogs Chippy a hungarian vizsla and Wilson a GSP, You might occasionally hear them bark if they spot the postman etc arriving, but they will be inside the cottage with us apart from the daily walks. Other things to note Please note the maximum number of guests is 3 including infants due to the compact size of the property thankyou.
