Close to major attractions such as Place Jamee El Fna and PESTANA Hotel shops, Ménara Mall (7 minutes), M Avenue and Carré Eden (5 minutes). The area is full of restaurants, shops and a hypermarket, offering you a lively local experience. The space Apartment Features: - Modern living space: Enjoy an elegant and contemporary apartment, designed for comfort and relaxation. - Living room and balcony: Relax in the living room or step out onto the 6-meter balcony to get some fresh air and admire the view. - Impeccable cleanliness: The apartment is well cared for down to the smallest detail to ensure a clean and comfortable environment. Guest access Comfort and convenience: The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, a 75-inch television (YouTube IPTV, etc.) to ensure a comfortable stay. The bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need, including shower gel, shampoo, hand soap, a hairdryer, a hair straightener, plastic sandals and pool towels. Other things to note Important Note: - Please note that the apartment is not rented to unmarried Moroccan couples. (White towels are not allowed in the pool🏊‍♀️⛔️). It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment, and in case of non-compliance a penalty of 50 euros will be applied (then smoke on the balcony) In addition, no pets allowed, with a penalty of 100 euros for any violations.
