During your stay The first thing you should know is that on the day of your arrival, you will do a self check-in. This means that you can access the apartment from 2:00 pm using the Akiles app. To do this, you need to receive an email and a contact phone number. Other things to note Additional information: - This studio is on the seventh floor. The elevator goes up to the sixth floor, so you will need to go up a small flight of stairs to access the studio. - RULES FOR COEXISTENCE: • It is forbidden to accumulate garbage inside the apartment, leave it on the landing, on the doormat, or anywhere other than your room or the corresponding container from Monday to Friday from 9:00 pm at the door of the building • Take out the trash only Monday through Friday after 9 pm. • Do not take out the trash on Sundays, as there is no pick-up on that day. • Use the appropriate containers for each type of waste (organic, recyclable, etc.). • Keep common areas clean and free of garbage. • Report any violations or problems related to waste management immediately to building management. • No parties, as it is grounds for eviction. There are noise sensors in the apartment. Please respect the rules of coexistence and the neighbors' "no noise" hours (from 9:00 pm). • Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment, building and on the terraces. There are smoke sensors. • Only 8 nights will be allowed for one guest. Visits must be minimal and notified to both the company and the rest of the tenants. • It is strictly forbidden to leave personal items in the common areas, which may result in a financial penalty. The company will not be responsible for any theft of objects that are not inside the room. • Check-out is at 10:00 am at the latest. The day you leave the house, you just have to leave the keys on the table and make sure the air conditioning and windows are closed. • Garbage: Please take out the garbage and leave it in the street bins every night when you leave the room. • By law, hanging clothes outside windows or balconies is not allowed. To do this, we have arranged dryers for you on the 6th floor. • ALWAYS REMEMBER TO CLOSE THE ELEVATOR DOORS. If they are not closed, the elevator will not go up or down and the other neighbors will not be able to use it.
