Beautiful top to bottom full renovation! Amazing location in the historic district of town (right across from Shipcarpenters Square). Whether you’re here to go to Cape Henolpen State Park, head to the beach, or just relax in the backyard, we’re glad you chose our house! Right down the street from us are tennis courts and a great playground on the water. The farmers market is certainly walking distance and there are a ton of signs pointing you there. The space The first floor of this open concept house has a living room with a Smart TV (firestick), dining table for 8 (hello puzzles), a beautiful full bathroom, and an open kitchen just waiting to be cooked in! The kitchen has a large “pass-through” window to a backyard bar, hammocks, grill and sail shade. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath (with bathtub). The two front bedrooms have brand new queen sized beds and the back bedroom has two twin beds along with a trundle for a third child. Guest access The house offers street parking and there has never been a problem with this. This is an amazing walking/biking town. You could certainly leave your car parked for the entire stay.
