The holiday home El Rinconcito de Jess is located in El Golfo just a 5-min walk from the beach. The 40 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. There is free street parking. Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed. Beach and pool towels are provided. Other things to note The property has guidelines to help you separate waste correctly; more information is available onsite. The rental features energy and water-saving measures, and sustainable materials were used for insulation. There is no bus service to El Golfo, so renting a car is recommended. Currently, there is a government sanitation project in El Golfo, progressing street by street, which may cause noise until 2 or 3 p.m. The owner informs you of this for your awareness and peace of mind.
