Book now for an unforgettable vacation! The space If you're looking for a peaceful haven where you can escape the summer heat while being ideally located to explore the island, look no further. Villa T6/7 is located on the heights of St Paul in a private subdivision and was completely renovated in 2023. You will enjoy a pleasant climate allowing you to relax in peace. After a busy day exploring the corners of the island, you'll be delighted to return to La Villa du Pavé, which offers all the modern comforts you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. On the ground floor: - a living area with fully equipped open kitchen. The kitchen with island overlooks the veranda for your outdoor meals facing the pool! - the kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, etc. Of course, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and all other cooking utensils and equipment (toaster, kettle, Nespresso, etc.) are at your disposal. - two double bedrooms with 160 cm beds - one bedroom with 2 single beds x 90 cm - a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet - a laundry room with washing machine Upstairs: - a mezzanine equipped with HD flat-screen TV and Netflix access - one double bedroom with 160 cm beds - one bedroom with 2 single beds x 90 cm - a bathroom with toilet The upstairs bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning (warm season) and standing fans, and those on the ground floor with ceiling fans (air conditioning not needed).
