The space This is a main-floor, end-unit condo in a small, six-unit, beautifully-landscaped condo building. This home was just renovated in January 2023 with quartz countertops and cool, tile flooring. It's a clean and comfortable home to live in. Between guest stays, we take extra care when cleaning and disinfecting our condo. The living room has French doors opening onto our own private patio that overlooks the lake, which is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing or reading. Additionally, a semi-private pool is available in town at no extra charge! Our condo is in a prime location for guests who enjoy being in close proximity to all that Old Naples has to offer, including the beach, fine dining, shopping, tennis, pickleball, and fine and performing arts! Did you know that Naples is known for its beautiful sunsets? You can get a stunning view right at the end of our street, and it's at one of the most beautiful beach access points in town! Just a note to let you know that, due to severe allergies, we're not able to accept animals with our guests. Guest access You will have private use of the entire condo and the patio which overlooks the lake. You’ll also have your own reserved parking space.
