Thus, nothing stands in the way of you making your own way here :o) ____________ Important note on the tourist tax: Please note that the statutory tourist tax of the municipality of Aflenz is not included in the Airbnb rental price. This fee is €2.50 per person per night and must be paid in cash on site (tourist tax does not apply to all children and young people under 15 years of age). Thank you for understanding! ____________ Upon entering the apartment, you are greeted by a charming floor plan. Through the windows, you have views of the countryside and the water. In spring, you are lovingly woken up by the calls of owls, the calls of cuckoos and the chirping of birds, while the sight of falling snow in winter delights the soul. Set up of the rooms: Upon entering the apartment, you are in a small entrance area that can be used as a cloakroom. From this entrance area you can go ... ... to the left into a bathroom with shower and toilet. ... straight ahead into the combined kitchen-living room. ... from the living/kitchen you get to the BD. Apartment size: 27 m² In the apartment you will have: a radiator in the BA, an infrared heating panel in the BD, a pellet stove in the kitchen-living room, and hot water from the tap. - - - - - - - - Internet: The internet is an EU-funded network, which unfortunately does not always function very well. Therefore, if you need a strong internet connection, you should take care of it yourself. I will include a recommendation in the guest manual for an internet service that only costs a few euros. - - - - - - - - Dear guests, this apartment has everything you need for a nice stay. If something is missing during the stay, such as liquid dish detergent or toilet paper, then write to us via the CHAT WINDOW (because if you write it, I can't forget it, and forgetting is human). Please don't be sneaky about such trivialities. We no longer put shower gel in the apartment, so please bring your own. You also have to bring your own food. ❤ Animals (dogs, cats, chickens, cows, fish, birds, crickets, ducks, squirrels, etc.) live all around, and they can be loud day and night. ONLY the fish belong to us, so if there are complaints about the fish, I will inform the mayor of Fischhausen :o) ❤ For parents traveling with children 0–2 years: Toddlers up to 2 years can sleep (free of charge) in their parents' bed. Please note that the apartment is not designed for children (there is no child-friendly equipment). ❤ Bedding for the sofa is included starting with the 3rd guest. If only two guests arrive and bedding is needed for the sofa, there will be a fee for this additional service. ❤ If you want to make a campfire (at one of our fire pits), you can buy wood for it yourself and bring it with you. There is also the option on site to purchase wood directly from the wood supplier (with delivery). ❤ Barbecuing over the fire is not permitted. We have already tried it with some guests by generously agreeing. Unfortunately, the experience was not good, and the effort to remove animal fats from the fire pits was unpleasant. An exception would be conceivable if guests have aluminum grill trays and we have no cleaning effort, but we would like to clarify that in advance (via chat). - - - - - - - - How to get here - - - - - The most comfortable way to get here is with your own or a rented vehicle. To get to us, "Freizeitteiche Seebach, 8624 Aflenz," by public transportation, there are the websites and apps of, for example: -> verkehrsauskunft verbundlinie at -> Rome2Rio - - - - - - - - important information - - - - - - - Important information about 🐕🦺 dogs: Please indicate the assistance dog in the booking form (proof of the assistance dog (assistance dog owner ID) must be presented on the day of arrival). Dogs are not allowed in the swimming area. Dogs must be kept on a leash. Dogs must be walked outside the complex when relieving themselves! Unfortunately, it often happened that dog owners let their four-legged companions use the area for "number one and number two" – we don't want that! If someone arrives with a dog, then care must be taken here to ensure that there is no "Pi-Po" on the premises and that dogs/owners settle in more distant places (far away from children and swimmers). 📌 Why did it used to say "Dogs allowed" on Airbnb? There is a technical reason for this: When we chose "No dogs allowed," Airbnb did not display any pet fees – nevertheless, guests brought dogs that were not assistance animals – and then PRECISELY THESE PEOPLE gave us bad reviews – we simply do not want such unnecessary problems anymore! To avoid this loophole, we had enabled "Dogs allowed" so that Airbnb would charge a fee. But even that was ignored by guests, because they gave us bad reviews AGAIN because they were not allowed to let their dog go into the water where small children were present or they could not let the dog urinate or defecate outside the area – yes, these guests complained that the dog had to do its 💩 business outside the recreation area. And we got negative reviews AGAIN. The way we do it just doesn't work because people can't read with comprehension. ❗️ Therefore, important: This "Dogs allowed" applies exclusively to assistance animals. In this case, please bring everything your dog needs – especially its own dog bed. The dog must be kept on a leash. The dog is not allowed near bathers. The dog is not allowed in the swimming water. Under no circumstances may the dog be walked on the premises, either peeing or pooping! All dog hair must be removed upon checkout. We hope that everything is clear now. You have the previous guests to thank for the fact that ALL DOGS are now prohibited. They gave us terrible reviews because they could not read with comprehension. Thank you for your understanding! 🐾 - - - - - - - - Please read all the details in the listing carefully, including the photos that are part of the description. The price, check-in method, arrival information and parking options are clearly stated in advance, so there should be no misunderstandings here. If something isn't right or a problem arises during your stay, contact the host directly – you will receive the contact details immediately after booking. It is unfortunate that this explanation is necessary, but it happens again and again that certain guests leave strange reviews after their stay. If something is needed, it should be clarified during the stay – that will certainly make your own stay more pleasant 🌞. Mentioning things that were missing after the trip is over certainly does not make the stay any better, even if you force an impersonal review on the host, because the guest who comes after communicates openly and thus makes their stay really pleasant. Just saying 😌. If everything is as described in the complete ad, there is therefore no reason to leave such criticism for the hosts in the rating system that you would never say to them personally. We are in favor of personal and ☘️ friendly interaction and would like guests who see it that way as well. Guest access A parking space for one car/motorcycle is included in the listing. As a tenant of the apartment, you can use the leisure facility free of charge and therefore do not need to pay any entrance fees. The apartment itself is about 27 m² and is accessible via an outside staircase. There is a washing machine on the premises (in the main house opposite "Campingstüberl"). The entrance to the laundry room is at the back of the main house with the green "Camping" sign on the facade – please go around the outside of the house.) Other things to note After your booking, you will have access to the "Address" area. Here you will find the address and the map link to the accommodation for your navigation device. I'll send you a map sketch in the chat. You will also see the location of this apartment on the map in the listing. ❤ This means that the location of the apartment is clearly disclosed, and it should be super easy to find the apartment. Bistro between two lakes: There is a charming little restaurant just a few steps away where you can eat or drink cocktails until late at night. This bistro is open during the warm season (seasonal operation). Restaurant: In about 100 meters, you reach the restaurant "Campingstüberl." The Campingstüberl is open 6 days a week during the summer season and 5 days during the off-season. All information about this restaurant can be found on search engines. Arrival with a dog: We would like to point out that it is not permitted to let the dog urinate or defecate on the premises. For this reason, dogs are not allowed on the premises, because unfortunately many dog owners are very negligent in this regard. If someone does arrive with a dog, then the dog must be taken outside the premises for "pee & poo." Behind the main house with the sign "Camping," there is a walking path for our four-legged friends right between the garbage cans and the camping huts (see photo with a long bridge).
