Sink into one of the comfy hybrid mattresses: 1 king and 2 queens. Basement has a full-sized washer/ dryer and space to play board games. Wifi is provided. The space Clover Cottage is located in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. The main floor has a beautiful primary bedroom with a king bed and Smart TV to stream your favorite shows. An additional first-floor bedroom has a queen bed with a Smart TV and a well-appointed bathroom between the two. Every room has multiple plugs for your electronics, free fast Wifi, storage, and wall lighting above bedside tables. The open-concept home has a mid-century modern feeling. The family room has a Smart TV with a Bose sound system, comfy seating, and direct access to the front porch. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new range, new microwave, and new refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker. Complementary coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, spices, and a table for 4-5. The breezeway is a bright area to enjoy a beverage and the perfect place to feed your furry family members with food and water bowls to use during your visit, along with potty bags to clean up after your pet. The fully fenced-in yard is accessed through the side door in the breezeway. Guest access Clover Cottage is an entire house for you to feel right at home. Enter through the side-yard by the driveway. Keyless entry, YALE lock. Other things to note We do not allow parties on the property. Please keep dogs out of the carpeted upper loft space. We do our best to keep the home updated and comfortable for all guests. The best way for us to share our home and keep it neat and clean, is to have our guests leave the house the way they found it and treat it like their own.
